Description

Native stingless bee honey is a rare, small-batch delicacy with a bright, tangy, citrus-like kick and gentle sweetness that’s completely unlike regular honey. Each tiny hive produces only a small amount of honey a year, making this a highly sought-after, limited product.

Our honey is raw, unpasteurised and cold-extracted straight from the natural resin pots inside the hive, where the bees store it in a mix of tree resins and wax called propolis. This slow, natural maturation creates a complex flavour, a lightly fermented character and a silky, pourable texture that drizzles beautifully over food.

Expect notes of tropical fruit, citrus and a refreshing acidity that balances the sweetness. It’s perfect over yoghurt and muesli, fresh fruit, cheese boards and desserts, or simply savoured straight from the spoon.
